Before submitting here, you must first contact the casino's customer support directly and allow them reasonable time to respond (at least 7 days). Keep records of all communication.
Fill in the form with as much detail as possible. Include the casino name, the amount disputed, and the reason for the complaint. Attach screenshots or correspondence if available.
We review the complaint, contact the casino for their response, and evaluate based on the casino's published terms and applicable regulations. This usually takes 7–21 days.
We communicate the outcome to both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may recommend official ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) bodies or the relevant licensing authority.
